I sent all of these over, magically in about 2 hours I got a call back on my Google Voice asking me to turn off WiFi on my phone and restart. #Verizon my business login license#About 2 hours later she called me back (I missed the call, was working) and then emailed me, requesting I send over 4 documents on my business (same documents I previously provided Fraud 1) LLC Articles 2) Utility Bill in Biz Name (don't have one but I provided an Amex Statement in the biz name 3) Business License, I don't have a license as I'm operating a consulting company so it's not required, instead I went onto the IL Secretary of State site, paid the $25 and got an official copy of my "Certificate of Good Standing" 4) Copy of my State ID She informed she could not over rule the Fraud team but would get in touch with them to see how she could help. She was very understanding of my position and truly seemed like she wanted to help. I was shocked to hear a nice woman from the Verizon Executive Escalations. The next morning around 11 AM I received a call on my Google Voice # from a 678 area code. I emailed him and explained what had happened and how the Fraud department without recourse would not allow me to appeal my case. ![]() Update: That evening I Google'd and found the email for Hans Vestberg. What options do I have to escalate this and at a bare minimum get my phone # back. I've been in a circle of escalations with Fraud & Customer Service and basically being told the account is closed and nothing they can do to help me get my # back. ![]() I am 100% legitimate, I even used my SSN as additional credit when I opened the account, and the voice line I ported into my business account I have had for years. I did this, the rep said they ran my document through the validation system and it could not be validated and they have closed my account completely for fraud. I called in, the rep asked me to email my articles document to vzfraud email, and call back with the reference #. This weekend I tried to add a new line of service and it created a fraud flag to validate the order. I provided the EIN & Articles as the rep requested. I was approved for service with the LLC info in store. I recently opened a business account, I have a fairly new LLC that I created in May 2019. ![]()
